Under this Business Unit, we focus on the Production, Processing, Packaging, and Distribution of agricultural produce to local, regional and international markets.

FARMER SYNDICATES

RedRev Youth Empowerment Corp is currently working with the Ministry of Agriculture under MOU towards the facilitation of the AGRI-HUBS Programme.

- Hampton Farm HUB currently undergoing an infrastructure overhaul.
- US$ 80K earmarked for production & infrastructure development of AGRI-HUB Facilities in 2024.
- 5 tonnes of processed & dehydrated Cabbage and 25 tons of Soyabean has been produced in the 2022-2023 Season.
- Turnover of US$ 100K per Season once infrastructure development is complete.
- This project has a high ESG Score through it's active empowerment of women & the youth within the Hubs. Climate-friendly methods are also used. - Combined hectarage of 1000Ha earmarked for production in the Year 2024.
- Agro-Processing of Cereal, Horticulture, and Livestock produced is done On-Site.

Hampton Farm Produce Project Stats (2022-2023) CABBAGE CROP

- Project capitalized through the Youth EmpowerBank.
- 20 tonnes of Fabiola Cabbage produced and sold during the 2022 2023 Farming Season.
- 5 tons of processed dehydrated cabbage is currently on-site.
- Hampton Farm Produce, a subsidiary of RedRev Youth Empowerment Corp is responsible for marketing and distribution of the processed goods to Markets.
- Supply contract with Pick'n Pay into Namibia, Botswana, and DRC markets clinched. Local sales at US$1 per Unit.

Hampton Farm Produce Project Stats (2022-2023) SOYABEAN CROP

- Project capitalized through the Youth EmpowerBank.
- 50 tonnes of Soyabean produced and sold during the 2022-2023 Farming Season.
- Urban Basics Co. in India current offtaker through facilitation by AMA.
- Hampton Farm Produce, a subsidiary of RedRev Youth Empowerment Corp is responsible for marketing and distribution of the processed goods to Markets.
- Producer prices currently at US$800 per Tonne.

Belarus Tractors Mechanisation Programme

- Zimbabwe received at least 2 000 High-tech tractros, 80 combine harvesters and other agricultural equipment from Belarus over the past 3 years.
- The equipment, which is now available in all the country’s districts, has been supplied at concessional rates under Phases 1 and 2 of the Belarus Farm Mechanisation Facility.
- Under Phase 3, whose implementation has commenced, 4 000 more tractors are expected to be delivered, starting this year.
- REDREV YOUTH through it's Partnership with the YOUTH EMPOWERBANK will be offering eligible Members and Farmers 81HP TRACTORS under the ongoing Belarus Mechanisation Scheme.

CRS PROGRAMMES

• This programme aims to actively address and reduce the impact of an epidemic that hass sweeped a whole nation. Drugs, alcohol and substances has managed to become a burden on a social, economic, healyh and security level of nation.
• Data Compilation: RedRev Youth will be laying the ground for the ALSA initiatve through the compilation of Data Surveys
• Raising Awareness: RedRev will be using the following methods in its Awareness Campaigns: Social Media, Hosting of Fundraisers & Social Events, Engaging in Corporate Partnerships, Press & Media Campaigns and Engaging Parliament towards enactment of ALSA.

• The Maria Chikara Foundation, is a Zimbabwean registered organization dedicated to empowering the Youth, and catering to the local maternal, pre-natal and infant needs of our communities. As well as podiatric and geriatric care of our elderly.
• We are working closely with the Government and other local NGO’s in the SAY NO TO DRUGS Programme as well as other community development initiatives.
• As the MCF we are currently in the final stages of construction at our first Oasis Clinic & Rehabilitation Facility in Kadoma, and shoring in Zimbabwean Healthcare professionals in the UK currently working for the NHS to participate and bring First World care into our local initiatives.

• The Youth and Women are assisted to access Government Funding towards their projects under our AGRI-HUBS.
• Employment of local communities as well as Community Shareholder Schemes are implemented under this key CSR Programme

• Signing of the Tripartite Empowerment Agreement at Cresta Jameson Hotel.
